Fire risk analysis
A rugged and simple automatic solution was called for, together with a requirement for the systems to be self-powered.

Solution
For confined space protection the AQ90 ceiling mounted automatic extinguisher is ideal. These were supplied with a Dry Chemical powder agent that is suitable for the types of fire anticipated. The units are completely self-powered and require no additional power source. The AQ90’s supplied were fitted with signal switches, that activate in the event of a fire to generate a radio alarm that is monitored back at base.
