AQ2000 Low-pressure Water Misting Systems

Description
The AQ2000 is a fully automatic 'water mist' fire suppression and protection system.

Developed as a low cost alternative to sprinklers for the protection of internal storage areas in high-rise buildings.

The system continually monitors for smoke using high stability sensors.

On a positive detection a short discharge cycle is initiated. Further extinguishing cycles are automatically repeated, until the detectors are clear of smoke.

Operation
In a fire situation, early detection is vital. The 'intelligent' AQ2000 system sprays into the fire zone. A minimum amount of water is used to control the fire.

Outputs are available for the operation of remote indicators, telephone calling units, or other notifying equipment such as fire alarm panels.
