Nine new build luxury townhouses in a stunning waterside development
Fire risk analysis
Due to the additional height of the houses (effectively 5 floors with roof top terrace), domestic fire sprinklers were considered as an essential aid to protect the escape routes from the upper levels.
Solution
Working from an early stage with the Architects, M & E, and Structural Consultants we were able to design a fully concealed domestic fire sprinkler system into the build.
